Module 4:
Design Your Dream Future
Step into the possibility of your dream life — and create space for it in your mind and body.
About This Module.
With fear out of the way, your brain now has space to imagine possibility.
Watch this short video and I’ll guide you through how to create your middle ground and epic dream life — to capture them clearly.
Just like Module One, we’ll use journaling prompts to create clear pictures you can later embody through Havening.
In this module you will:
Journal your epic dream life - your best, most inspiring version of what’s possible
Shape this into a snapshot or simple statement
Send me your journal entries for support and next steps
👉 If you encounter resistance or blanks, step back and start with a Middle Ground Future — a safe, realistic version to build comfort before moving into your epic dream (see: question prompts page 2).
Your Activity Part 1:
Journal Epic Dream Life
Write down the first thing that comes to mind — the goal is to be curious and open to possibility.
Take 5–10 minutes to complete this prompt:
Imagine your most inspiring, expansive life. If everything went right, what’s your epic dream version?
This is your epic dream life.
Share Your Reflection
Once you’ve finished both journal prompts, send me your two images or statements on WhatsApp. Voice notes welcome!
You are the first people doing these modules independently, I’d love to know so…
I can troubleshoot anything before we move to the next section
It creates a clear image so you can see how it changes in the next module (and I can help if it gets stuck)
Anything you send will be private between you and me

Ready to embody your future?
We’ll use Havening Techniques to connect to your future and anchor feelings of possibility.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
-
That’s okay. Start with Middle Ground — imagine life if it simply worked out “good enough”
Once this feels comfortable, you can expand further into Epic Dream Life.
If you blank out when thinking about the future:
That’s normal. Sometimes the mind protects us by going blank. Instead of trying to picture details, gently tune into a feeling. Ask yourself:
👉 What would feel expansive? Safe? Content?
Use those feelings as your starting point.Remember: there’s no right or wrong here — the goal is simply to connect with emotions of safety, joy, and possibility.
-
That’s normal.
Our adult brain is conditioned to downplay dreams.
Try reconnecting with the child part of you — the one who had curiosity and freedom to imagine. Give yourself permission to dream again.
During the activity, the focus is more on eliciting feelings of safety, joy, and possibility than on creating a “perfect” picture. -
It reduces resistance.
Sometimes the big dream feels too far away or unrealistic, but imagining a safe, stable middle step builds confidence and safety in the nervous system.
-
No. If you can connect to your Epic Dream Life with ease, you don’t need to create a Middle Ground version.
-
That’s normal.
Our adult brain is trained to downplay dreams. Reconnect with your childlike curiosity and allow yourself permission to imagine freely.
The key parts are to
Open space of possibility
Connect to the feelings when we imagine this so we can take action from this feeling (instead of fear)
-
This is common. Instead of forcing an image, focus on the feeling: What would feel expansive, light, or freeing? Start there, and let the picture come later if it wants to.
